Responsibilities
- Manage a full cycle recruitment process: sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating, presenting candidates to Account Executives, and finalizing commitment to the position
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives to provide qualified candidates for the customer’s position
- Screen prospective candidates for positions with LeverageTek customers, including:
- Detailed resume reviews
- Phone / e-mail screening discussions
- In person meetings
- Validate qualifications
- Network and build relationships within the candidate community
- Field questions from candidates on the LeverageTek delivery process and guide them through staffing cycle
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable input to strategy sessions
- From time-to time may be called upon to lead internal initiatives / projects
