Arctic Fishery Alliance (AFA), Nunavut’s first 100% Inuit owned and governed fish harvesting enterprise, is seeking Factory Workers for our harvesting operations in 2023. We are committed to sustainably harvesting turbot (Greenland halibut) off Baffin Island exclusively using fixed-gear.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Team-oriented individual with a desire to work in a state-of-the-art factory;
· TC-MED;
· TC-Marine Medical;
· Passport; and
· Commitment to Health and Safety.
