We’re looking for an organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as Gift Shop Assistant Supervisor. This individual will work with the supervisor and be a main keyholder for the CBPCC Gift Shop.
This position is ideal for someone who likes their day to be full of variety, values the customer experience, and is looking for a unique challenge. This role will provide an opportunity for an individual to learn multiple areas of the company, as with all roles at Covered Bridge Chips, growth opportunities are always available and encouraged.
In the course of a day you could do the following:
Reception for Plant facility
Gift shop customer service, ordering & other “Keyholder” responsibilities
Scheduling bus and group tours
Scheduling of 1-5 staff members (dependant on season)
Coordination/fulfillment of sponsorships & special event requests
Administrative support to Quality Manager & Human Resources Manager
Attend job fairs or community events with the HR Manager
Your schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30
Occasional weekend or evening during the summer season, or for special events
