As a .NET programmer analyst, you support IT efficiency. You analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software based on the organization's needs. You are responsible for the quality of coded solutions.
You draw on your ability to work with technology and anticipate innovation to help develop, standardize and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs and applications.
You analyze client and partner needs and influence decisions on IT solutions. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work.
You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields.
You serve as a systems resource person for your unit, clients and practitioners.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Actively help develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practices
Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and users
Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex system issues
Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordingly
Lead software package installations and testing as well as application deployment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Experience developing in VB.NET, C#, TDD, unit testing, .NET Core 3.1, Azure DevOps, PL/SQL, MVC, HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience developing in .NET 6, Angular, Typescript, SPA, DDD, Microservices (asset)
