In Office - Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator
Comforts of Home - Care is looking for an outgoing, service-oriented individual with a big heart who wants to make a difference in the lives of the elderly.
We are looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for supervising, assigning, and scheduling caregivers, as well as interacting with our clients, and their families. You will be entering data into our scheduling software to run an efficient operation.
Education
· Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent related courses
· 2 to 3 years related administrative experience.
· Data entry experience required.
· Experience in Email and computerized calendars required.
· Experience in healthcare would be an asset.
· Experience with mail distribution, photocopying and faxing.
· Experience maintaining filing system
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain client and caregiver schedules and changes
· Supervision of caregivers
· Assist in caregiver orientation
· Attend community events as assigned
· Ability to handle the confidential aspect of the position with discretion and professionalism
· Ability to organize workload
Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent computer and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
· Ability to carry out assigned tasks
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:30 – 5:30 pm weekly
Paid On Call Rotation – Third week of each month

Competitive Salary
Open to negotiation based on Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour, plus Monthly Incentive Bonus, and paid on-call
