Business Development Representative
Black Sheep Organics is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team! This is an entry-level position with room for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a desire to learn and a willingness to help where needed.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for growing our wholesale business by developing new accounts and maintaining existing business. As the successful candidate you are self motivated and won't be afraid to make outbound calls, you enjoy building relationships with customers and have a preference to work in a fast paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create lead generation sheets
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective to achieve sales
- Offer quotes on product to potential customers
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current clients to achieve sales
- Develop an individual business plan to determine how to achieve sales quotas
- Predict future sales based on past trends
- Administer a business plan for one-on-one meetings
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year experience in a sales role required
- Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
- Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills
- Good process management skills
- We work remotely so you need be organized, motivated and focused,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; other industry related experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development preferred; other experience will be considered as needed.
REMOTE WORK
- This position offers a Virtual work schedule. You will be 100% remote and not required to report to the office daily but meetings will be hold. Reviews with reports will be scheduled with the supervisor.
- When not in the field and working from home, a reliable internet connection is required.
BENEFITS
$25-50 / phone allowance (amount based on region)
