About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of Salesforce within Docebo tech stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing internal customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders (from Marketing to Sales and Finance) to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within the Docebo Salesforce.
Your contributions will directly impact the growth and future of Docebo in terms of the decision-making process.

You will develop, configure, code, test and debug within Docebo’s Salesforce to meet business requirements, via the proper SFDC technology
- Develop and maintain integration with third-party solutions, as part of Docebo tech stack, using web services, APIs, etc

Follow project development and manage practical activities and tasks related to the project's implementation

Help the team by playing a role in the release management process, using an automated CI/CD pipeline to deploy changes in the different environments

Pursue and improve the adoption of agile/scrum methodologies in the development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications

Minimum 3 years of developer experience in Salesforce CRM

Experience with APEX, Lightning Web Component, Aura Component, Javascript

An understanding of Salesforce integration– Apex Callouts, SOAP/REST APIs

ETL experience is preferred experience with Git, Salesforce CLI and how to use them to manage metadata in a repositoryExperience with CPQ module and its customization

Knowledge of the release management process in order to participate in project activities

Experience with Salesforce Billing module is a plus

You can communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing

Ability to comprehend from the “big picture” down to the details of what can and cannot be done including understanding downstream ramifications and results

Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
