Recruitment Manager
Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC and a combination of in-office and remote work

The Recruitment Manager will have well developed leadership skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who posses’ strong organizational skills, strong business acumen, excellent work ethic, is highly adaptable and a dynamic team player that can support the rapid growth of the organization. This position will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process and will report to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a team of International Recruiters
- Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment activity for the English or French accounts; distribute department mandates, ensuring an even workload and coverage, and accountable for ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Set and support departmental priorities to ensure recruiters drive effective and efficient delivery of candidates
- Monitor industry best practices and identify opportunities for IVEY Group to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies
- Ensure the management of the departmental budget, oversee all departmental queries and provide continuous support as needed to ensure the departments effective flow of work and continued growth.
- Support new employees, sharing IVEY Group’s best practices on internal and client process, and training on systems such as Bullhorn.
- Create and provide meaningful market intelligence, feeding this back to the CSO to manage expectations, where appropriate.
- Utilize internal CRM to pull and analyse key data such as recruiter activity and placement reports.
- Coach the international recruiters to ensure weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs are met, implement the necessary actions to ensure they are met and conduct regular performance reviews
- Identify skill gaps and present to the CSO and HR Manager to determine the best action plan
- Conduct technical interviews and ensure the candidates presented meet the standards of IVEY
Group
- Participate in video calls with clients and candidates when required
- Work with the Executive Team, Account Executives, and Immigration Case Managers to ensure delivery of results for our clients
- Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc reporting as requested by the CSO
Required skills & experience:
- BSc degree in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience in HR or project management will be considered an asset
- Prior experience with ATS and CRM software will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines

Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
