Duties:
- Carry out pre-move surveys with customer
- Finding new customer who need moving service from Hong Kong/U.K./Canada to Worldwide (Mainly Hong Kong, Canada & U.K.)
- Explain the service offering and pricing
- Issuing Quotation & Invoice
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork related to shipments and deliveries
- Upsell & Cross sell to other product and service we offer
Requirements:
- English, Mandarin & Cantonese Preferred
- B2C & Sales background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Welcome Stream B pathway (OWP) Holder
