Job Description:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for the management of PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC’s logistics operation. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our logistics operations, including the following duties:
- Responsible for all logistics functions, including scheduling, inventory management, and transportation.
- Manage and maintain PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC’s fleet of trucks and drivers.
- Ensure that all drivers are compliant with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ensure that all shipments are made on time and on budget.
- Manage PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC’s logistics partner’s relationship with vendors to ensure quality service and timely deliveries.
- Manage vendor contracts to ensure proper service and delivery of goods.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely shipments.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform daily trucking activities such as fuel reporting, fuel bill analysis, driver performance analysis, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics management preferred.
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
- DOT certification a plus.

Salary: $37,399.88-$100,000.00 per year
