Position Overview:
Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage team, and optimize processes for efficiency. Ensure accurate inventory management, coordinate shipments, and maintain a safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy & replenish stock within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment.
- Implement SOPs for improved productivity.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse.
- Collaborate with logistics providers for timely shipments.
- Utilize WMS for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Physical resiliency & the ability to perform demanding work 5 days/week.
- Experience with WMS & ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Current forklift certifications.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
