We are looking for a Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately handling customer transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing helpful information to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Scan items and collect payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Resolve customer complaints.
