WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
At VCNA, our people are the most important resource. We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to assist and lead the effort to place the appropriate candidates with the best skills into our organization.
Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities include screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. You will be comfortable with resourcing traditional and non-traditional ways of recruitment of talent and schedule interviews with multiple locations within the company.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates with focus on hourly roles across the business units

Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open

Partner with recruiting team, HR and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies

Create & submit requisition into ATS systems

Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry back office. Preferably in Cement, construction or mining industry

ATS and other technology systems required.

Experience in recruiting skill-trade/ union employees and handling large volume at a time

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Ability to interact effectively with other members of the management team.

Analytical & Problem Solving, Time Management/Organizational Skills, Interpersonal and Communication (Verbal & Written), Conflict Resolution
- Diploma or Degree from accredited community College or University with major in Business Administration, HR preferred or a combination of Education and/or experience.
