Valnet Inc. is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help with sourcing and onboarding across multiple technology brands within our company and their remote teams. These brands include AndroidPolice.com, XDA-developers.com, and Pocket-lint.com.
This person will be the go-to resource for finding and onboarding qualified writers and editors for important Valnet initiatives within our tech brands. What you will be doing:

Source potential candidates (writer & editors) from other tech sites/blogs on the web.

Reach out to potential candidates through cold emails, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Screen applications for various freelance roles using our applicant tracking system.

Track and fill requests for new remote contributors.

Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet Editorial standards.

Investigate new ways to source qualified candidates.

Work collaboratively with the managing editors, legal, and HR resources.

Lead freelance talent sourcers.
