Coldwell Banker Universe Realty is a growing real estate brokerage with head office in Surrey and a branch office in Abbotsford. We are looking to hire recruitment manager to grow the business by hiring more realtors/agents for the head office and the branch office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the realtors
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to manage the recruitment process
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to identify innovative recruitment methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, and professional networks, reaching out to them directly via telephone or email
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Managing Broker and candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Experience:
- Experience in real estate industry will be preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with managing broker and candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary: $42,662.00-$74,001.47 per year
