Previous call centre, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
What You Do:
As a fundraising call centre agent you can expect regular and supportive coaching and training. You will work individually and as part of a connected team working towards a common goal. Agents are encouraged to share their expertise and support their peers through calibrations, side-by-sides, and mentor groups. Our clients routinely provide enhanced training, incentives, and that extra motivation we need to remember the impact of our work. Clients provide meaningful engagements and incentives, big and small, from thank you lunches to life-changing reward trips to visit sponsorship communities in the field.
This is a full-time, outbound, call centre position working from our office in downtown London, Ontario. Hybrid work-from-home positions may be considered after 3 months.

You are available to work afternoons and evenings (until 9:30 PM Mon to Thu, 7pm Fri)
