The Growth and Performance Marketing team is looking for a strategic growth marketer to join Sun Life. This person will be a team player and people manager, highly capable of juggling shifting priorities and deliverables with a flexible and can-do approach. They will have strong experience driving conversion and business results with a paid and organic media strategy, as part of larger national campaigns. What will you do?
People manager to a team of Marketing Consultants that support paid and organic initiatives
Leveraging data from multiple sources you will track conversion rates across the funnel, by campaign, by tactic, making optimizations to drive success
Builds and manages relationships with key partners at all levels to understand business objectives ensuring that content journeys and media strategies align
Develops measurement goals, data capture requirements, ROI campaign and media performance of owned, earned and shared properties.
Takes initiative to closely monitoring emerging tech trends and capabilities driving the strategy of new social media capabilities and processes across social media platforms
Works across multiple internal teams and with our creative and media agencies to create and launch paid marketing campaigns
Maintains strong networks with industry partners such as Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to understand and keep up with trends
What do you need to succeed?
University degree in business, marketing, or a communications-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant digital experience in a media agency role is preferred
Proven record of success in digital marketing with measurable results
Knowledge of paid social media tactics, targeting capabilities and promotional execution (business ad manager experience required)
Thorough understanding of digital analytics and measurement, especially in Ads Manager
Experience working with Influencers and Creators across various platforms
Understanding of web traffic metrics, and familiar with Adobe Analytics
Proven ability to leverage analytics to make strategic and tactical recommendations
Creative problem-solver who has a meticulous eye for detail.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and direct internal teams and outside resources.
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
