We are looking for junior marketers to join our growing team!
*Please note this is not a work-from-home position* This position involves being outdoors* Some evening's and weekends will be required*
The type of candidates we are seeking will be self-starters and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a lucrative opportunity with room for advancement.
Primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers and setting up appointments for our sales specialists.
- Door to door marketing to inform homeowners about government incentives and rebates that are available to help them make eco friendly upgrades in their homes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas of qualified leads and appointments
- Hourly pay plus commission on every lead and sale that comes from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year of door to door marketing, inside sales or outside sales experience, or lead generation
- Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude & team player
- Results-orientated
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
