General labourer skilled in multiple areas. Skills would include knowledge in light plumbing repairs, appliance repairs, grounds maintenance (including snow removal), basic carpentry and painting skills would be an asset. Must be a good team worker as well as able to work independently. Pleasant personality with co-workers and clients is a must. Reliable, dependable and able to work with deadlines. Applicant must also be willing to take turns on a rotational on-call schedule for weekends.
