Bartender at the Prosciutteria

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team at the Prosciutteria. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages to our customers, ensuring exceptional service . Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with current beverage trends and continuously expand knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, eventually help with dishes when not preparing drinks
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
