Duties:
- Oversee the operations and staff of the gas station.
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Handle inventory, sales, and profit reports.
- Enforce safety and compliance regulations.
- Lead and train new team members.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a gas station or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Compensation:
- Wage: $33.63/hour
- Hours per week: 35
- Overtime Wage: $50.45/hour (1.5 times of regular wage if working more than 40 hours per week)
