Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 5:00PM
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Greenhaven People and Staffing are looking for qualified and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.
Qualifications/Skills:
Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
Handling daily inbound
Dealing with escalated customer service issues.
Ensuring we are staffed properly daily
Learning our daily numbers and reports
Working the dock when needed.

- Moncton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
