We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via messaging and calls, providing in-person consultations, and promoting our range of advanced laser treatments. This role is key in driving the growth of our business by effectively converting leads into satisfied clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce our services and book consultations.
2. Provide in-person consultations to potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable treatment options.
3. Create and maintain a positive relationship with clients to build client loyalty.
4. Meet and strive to exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
5. Maintain knowledge of our treatments and services to provide accurate information to clients.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality client experience from initial contact through service delivery.
7. Resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the medical spa industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
3. A persuasive and professional sales approach.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
6. A friendly, confident, and engaging personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
