ABOUT THE ROLE -
This role provides a fantastic (12 months FTC) opportunity to shape the ERIKS Learning and Development offer, in particular our Leadership and Management courses. You will collaborate with Senior Stakeholders in our business to understand what moves our leaders from great to fantastic, including conducting TNAs to further enhance our wider Learning and Development offer.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiating, developing, and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Conducting TNA’s

Collaborate with our strategic partners to design courses

Lead and deliver the project
Experience/ skills required:

Training Needs analysis
-
Training Design
-
Management Development
-
Learning and development methods and methodologies
-
Extensive experience of senior stakeholder management

Extensive experience of Supplier management
-
Apprenticeship Levy Knowledge Highly desirable
