Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires.
- Manage employee data collection and analysis using HRIS systems such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Workday, and Kronos.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Workday, Kronos, and ADP.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Salary: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
