Customer Service Representative
TMS lighting Inc is a manufacturing company based in Brampton Ontario. We have been providing lighting products to the North American Market since 1923. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This a full-time permanent position which requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Your duties will include:
- Replying to telephone and email inquiries from our established client base.
- Reading technical documents and drawings to identify key specifications.
- Engaging with our sales, production, and engineering departments to provide quotes and technical documentation for standard and customized products.
- Entering orders and keeping our clients updated on the fulfillment process.
- Providing technical support and handling warranty claims from end to end.
The Ideal candidate has:
- 5 years’ experience in customer service.
- 2 years’ experience in the mechanical, electrical, or the lighting industries.
- An excellent understanding of technical concepts and literature.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prides themselves on their attention to details.
- A positive attitude and is proactive to the needs of their client and team members.
