?This position is located in Montreal, QC.
As our Shipping & Receiving Supervisor you:

Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.

Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment (Including outside yard and sea-cans).

Communicate with key internal stake holders on shipping and receiving requirements on a daily basis.

Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting.

Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

Manages garbage, scrap and corrugated waste.

Maintains and orders truck fleets.

Provide additional backup support for:

Promptly receive deliveries and unload trucks, sort and stock materials.

Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
-
Receiving, stocking, stacking and maintaining the racking.

Pulling, packing, and loading.
Our ideal candidate has:
-
3 - 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, senior level experience an asset.

Bilingual: English and French
-
Excellent communication both written and oral.

Strong sense of urgency, time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Trimble.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
