POSITION SUMMARY
As the Marketing Manager for the Breakfast portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and drive share of the brands and product portfolio within the Breakfast segment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure the success of the Thomas’, Dempster’s and POM brands in the Canadian marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing plans for the Breakfast segment within the Bimbo Canada portfolio to achieve the overall objectives, such as share leadership, volume & profit targets.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, instore etc.)

Lead overall long-term strategy, including product innovation, pricing, and merchandising

Manage day-to-day portfolio activity and problem resolution with key functional areas across all regions including: customer brands, purchasing, consumer affairs, master files, finance, product development, regulatory, quality assurance, sales, operations and distribution.

Responsible for national brand portfolio competitive, market (Nielsen) and financial (COGNOS/SAP) report development & analysis including business review support and development.

Analyze budget, profit and loss statements, and additional sales, market, competitive & trend data to identify brand portfolio opportunities, and highlight issues with accompanying action recommendations.

Development & presentation of brand portfolio internal communication plan, Playbook (planning meetings with Sales), project presentations and product/ promotion launch Key Account presentations.
