Duties and Responsibilities:
· Overseeing customer accounts and day-to-day operations at the branch.
· Helping to achieve and surpass our established sales targets
· Build lasting relationships with customers and employees across all levels.
· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and embrace evolving technologies
· Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are consistently followed
· Motivate the team to fulfill our mission.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years of industry experience in commercial tire, trucking, construction, agriculture, or a related field.
· Minimum two years of customer-focused experience and either supervisory or team lead experience or the ambition to take on a leadership role.
· Exceptional organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication are a must.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
· You are a self-motivated individual; you possess a hunger for self-development and growth opportunities.
· You have sharp problem-solving skills and flexibility, including the ability to work rotating Saturday shifts.
