As a Customer Onboarding Coordinator at Madhu Technology Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our valued customers. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the success of our onboarding process. Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from sales to implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on progress.
Collect and organize customer information, including contracts, documentation, and account details.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather required resources and ensure the timely completion of customer setup and configuration.
Conduct training sessions for customers on product features, functionality, and best practices.
Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and work with the appropriate teams to find solutions.
Ensure accurate and complete data entry of customer information into the company's CRM system.
Monitor and track the onboarding progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of onboarding procedures.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth handoff of customer accounts post-onboarding.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
