Space Race Cannabis, a privately owned Licensed Producer based in Alberta, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador to join our team. We're a standout in the industry, known for our commitment to quality, stellar customer experience, and of course, a love for space puns. We pride ourselves on hand-selecting flowers from across Canada, offering great products at accessible prices.
Our offerings range from select dried flower buds and humidity-packed products to uniquely sized and packaged pre-rolls. We are innovative, nimble, and strive to be every retailer's favourite vendor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Space Race Cannabis brand in cannabis retail stores and at industry events.
- Host pop-up events to raise brand awareness.
- Educate retailers, specifically budtenders, about our unique product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility and market share.
- Gather and provide customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Report to the Alberta Sales Manager, becoming an integral part of our sales and marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with public speaking and hosting events.
- Willingness to travel as needed for pop-ups and retailer visits.
- Unwavering commitment to superior customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) certification from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time position with a four-day work week, including Saturdays as required.
