Must-have Skills:
· Excellent communication skills. This individual will be interacting with delivery managers, candidates, recruiting team, and internal support departments.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc…), Microsoft Word, and Power Point
· Background in Business, PMO function
· Pay experience, or interest in doing the pay (50-100 employees)
· Detail-oriented and good at tracking things to closure
· Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video conferencing platforms
· Proficiency in or exposure to Workday platform (Nice-to-have skill)
· Bilingual (French and English)
This person will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Follow up with HR team for BGV status.
2. Run the pay twice a month. Coordinate with employees to have the timesheets.
3. Raise tickets for issuing laptop to new joiner, follow up with IT team.
4. Client Interview Coordination: Scheduling client interviews with NAM based banking clients. He or she must make sure the candidate is ready to join on video at the designated time and verify authenticity of the candidate.
5. Talent Acquisition Fulfillment Tracking and Reporting: Interface with delivery managers and recruiting team to collect updates about open roles and submissions. Maintain detailed spreadsheets on daily basis, provide updates to delivery managers, PMO, executive management. Make sure jobs are posted on all platforms as well as website.
