Exceldor Cooperative, an Award-Winning, long-standing company seeks a Production Supervisor to join our Team at the Blumenort Plant location. 3:30pm start. Monday – Friday.
Qualifications:
· One – two years prior related work experience that includes managing people in a manufacturing environment.
· Demonstrated skills in time management.
· Ability to bring employees together and develop a winning team.
· Analytical and interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
· Demonstrated skills such as leadership, decision making and problem solving.
· Demonstrated skills in continuous quality and performance improvement, planning, and organizing.
· Previous experience in food processing and continuous improvement is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Managing productivity while maximizing all resources within a safe work environment
· Effectively leading a team and providing leadership and direct supervision to employees in that department.
· Monitoring production practices that ensure consistent quality and eliminating waste.
· Manage safe, cost effective and efficient production.
· Continuously improve our manufacturing process, efficiencies, and quality.
· Ensure quality compliance with all HACCP procedures.
· Ensure best practices for Animal Welfare are upheld.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,744.02-$60,000.00 per year
