You will possess the following:

Experience operating and ideally setting up CNC lathes.
-
Experience in setting up or operating a CNC Mill is an asset but not a requirement.

Ability to read drawings.
-
Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments.
-
Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization.
-
Flexible with working overtime.
-
Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset.
