Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Person to perform deficiency sales. The Inside Sales Person will play a pivotal role in quoting, tracking and maintaining our deficiency sales. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience or interest in sales, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Excited by collaborating with a team - Collaborating with the sales team, as well as other departments such as accounting, dispatch, service and other office administrators, requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.

- Technically proficient - Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Office or Google Worksuite and other relevant software is important for efficiently managing and analyzing sales-related data.
What You’ll Do
- Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details with a high degree of accuracy.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate these to our customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and understanding their business needs.
- Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update customer records in our Service Trade software.
- Create quotes in Service Trade, making very detailed notes to be read and used by other departments.
- Send parts requests for jobs and follow-up on status.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Proven inside sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Experience with industry software such as Service Trade, or similar.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software such as Google Workspace.
