RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide a positive customer service experience and foster relationships with customers
· Communicate with customers via phone and email
· Enter and check customer orders
· Develop quotations based on customer input.
· Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements
· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
· Previous experience with office furniture is a strang asset
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent organizational skills
· Fluent in English with great communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Quickly adapt to new technology and work processes
· Other duties as assigned
