Responsibilities:
Building strong customer relationships with internal and external customers
Managing orders including order entry, forecasting, and pricing
Responsible for processing orders, product info, and shipping information
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions
Provide accurate information of company products and policies
Interpret customer requirements and act as a liaison between customer and sales team
Take incoming calls from customers addressing issues, concerns, and order status
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months or more of customer services experience
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well with team internally and externally across departments
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Pay: $18.00-$29.00 per hour
