A motivated and energetic individual with restaurant experience is needed to join our busy team of Servers at our family-friendly restaurant. The suitable candidate will be committed to providing the most hospitable dining atmosphere for our customers and will be responsible for following specific serving protocols. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in difficult restaurant situations, works well under pressure and has outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in pleasant conversation.
- Take and deliver food orders to guest tables.
- Handle complaints and resolve problems.
