Currently, we’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our fulfillment center. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The Warehouse Manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals;
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and loading methods;
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals;
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations;
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service;
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime;
- Inspect rentals, equipment, tools, machinery, and trucks regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary;
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting rentals to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers daily to ensure efficient delivery of orders;
- Ensure the company complies with safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fully Bilingual ( English and French )
- Experience in team management
- License to operate a forklift
- Flexibility, as most warehouses operate in shifts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Decisiveness, initiative, attention to detail, and high accuracy
- Organizing and planning skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
- People management skills, including the ability to explain ideas, delegate work, motivate, and lead and inspire members of the team

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
