The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department related to HR systems. This includes maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines; providing technical support to Human Resources as well as employees and managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide Workday maintenance support for all modules (configuration set up, business processes and security)
· Resolve system issues for the modules as escalated by users
· Support other Workday modules as needed
· Develop metrics report for system usage and trending analysis
· Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
· Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed
· Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes and efficiencies through information systems changes
· Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding HR Systems
· Resolves complex technical problems
· Configure and create NEW Time off Plans based on business and regional requirements
· Design, develop and modify integration solutions using Workday technologies – SOAP API, REST API, EIB, Cloud Connect, Studio
· Configure API Client and Integration System User security
· Understanding of integration encryption standards and how to implement them
· PECI and PICOF, Studio Integration Experience, Reporting Knowledge, Workday Studio Experience, Workday Connector Experience and EIB
· Must have worked in projects involving multiple systems playing a cross system role solving functional/architectural/technical issues
· Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer in Workday
· Create standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports while understanding business needs internal/external to HR
· Lead and execute full report development life cycle: recruitment gathering, design, build, test and deploy
· Serve as a Workday Reporting domain expert and provide guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and partners
· Functional knowledge of one or more Workday modules: HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management
· Familiar with Workday migration tools such as Object Transporter and Workday Solutions
· Performs mass upload using enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday
· Develops functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements
· Continually seeks ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
