We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Richmond, BC location. This position will report directly to the Revenue Assurance Manager. This is a full-time, work-from home opportunity that requires the incumbent to work Monday – Friday. Some office work is required on occasion for vacation coverage.
Responsibilities :
- Entering, Applying and Reconciling Customer Payments using various platforms (including Oracle)
Requirements :
- Post-secondary Accounting
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytical and decisioning skills
- Proven A/R experience, particularly with applying large multiple customer payments/deductions
- Proficient NUMERIC keyboarding skills are required to handle a high volume of work
- Experienced Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills a must
- Comfortable with navigating various network applications
- Oracle EBS experience an asset
- Proficiency in English and good oral/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
