Job Description: Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide telephone answering services to 5 businesses ensuring accurate recording and distribution of messages
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general clerical duties, scanning documents for input, assisting with data entry and filing
- Work with account manager to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Provide customer support and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proven organational skills and attention to detail are required for this position
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in bookkeeping is preferred
