Studebaker is looking for an experienced full-time or part-time Server to join our team. What sets Studebaker apart as an amazing place to work? Our front-of-house staff are mature and dedicated to providing top-level customer service. Our kitchen team is made up of some of the nicest people you could ever hope to work with. One to two years of similar serving experience is certainly an asset, although the right attitude and fit will ultimately determine the successful candidate. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated and driven to deliver an amazing customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively within our team, and also communicate effectively with the back-of-house. The potential also exists to have the right candidate move in to a more senior position within our company. Duties Include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and delivering an outstanding guest experience;
- Learning and maintaining your knowledge of our food and beverage menus;
- Table service (taking orders, answering questions about the menu, explaining daily features, placing orders with the kitchen, delivering drinks and food);
- Processing bills and taking payments;
- Handling guest concerns;
- Completing cleaning and side duties, as assigned;
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Experience: If this sounds like the right challenge for you, we'd love to hear from you. Prior serving experience is preferred but not required. Studebaker provides training on all aspects of our standards for service and hospitality.
