PAL Technical Services is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Quality Control Lead to be located at our base in Winnipeg, MB.
Duties:

The application of the critical task inspection program;

Completion of quality audits and on wing and task-related inspections as required;

Serve as primary liaison between PAL Production Management and customer quality representatives;
-
Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety-related procedures;
-
Oversee SMS reporting system for reports related to YWG heavy maintenance programs, ensuring effective and timely corrective actions are developed and applied;
-
Support management in the application of the training program requirements;
-
Provide coaching and support for production management and personnel;
-
Other duties as required.
Experience:
-
3-5 years maintenance experience;
-
AME License required;
-
DHC/ATR experience an asset;
-
Strong communication skills.
