We see consulting differently
Cascadia Partners is a boutique consulting firm founded by industry veterans who wanted to focus on creating local impact. We bring specialized expertise to a broad cross-section of local industries, and Cascadians find it rewarding to see the impact of our work where we live.
Our work focuses on five practice areas: Business Strategy, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, Policy & Economics, and Data Analytics & AI. Through these practice areas we support our clients with a wide range of services while enabling our consultants to broaden their experience and work across many subject areas.
Our firm expanded to Victoria in 2018 to closer serve the local market and offer staff further opportunities for where they work. We are now hiring for consultants of all levels within the Victoria office, who will be engaged in a range of practice areas conducting analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, and other activities in support of our client projects.
How we work
We're incredibly proud of our culture of client-focus, team collaboration and personal development, and aim to hire individuals that see themselves contributing to and growing that culture. As part of the Victoria office, you will have an opportunity to work closely with a local team to build our Victoria presence, while also working closely with a diverse and experienced group of consultants from across the firm to develop your consulting skills.
If you believe in working in a high-performing team who you genuinely enjoy spending time with, if you strive for the highest quality and want to make a positive impact on local and provincial organizations, Cascadia could be what you are looking for.
What We Do
At Cascadia, you'll work in small teams to identify, define, and clearly articulate client problems and then develop creative solutions to address these challenges. We strive to create value for our clients and build long-term partnerships with various engagement lengths from several weeks to several months. Most of our clients are in BC, so we travel less than other consultants, however onsite work with clients and some travel within BC may be required.
A consultant's responsibilities span the following:
-
Analyze and Synthesize Client Information – thoroughly understand client context and details; undertake meaningful analysis that will inform the direction of change
-
Create High-Quality Deliverables – care about your output; work to make it exceptional
-

-

-
