***National Lifeguard Certifications is a MUST-HAVE*** Please apply to our customer service role if you do not have your NL. Thank you!
Do you love the water? Do you love spending your summers outside? What about unicorns?
We are hiring certified lifeguards to join our Aquatics Staff team at Splashifax Waterparks, where you can enjoy all of those things, all summer long, and get paid to do it! Splashifax Waterparks offer a safe, silly, and always slippery swimming adventure where adults and kids laugh alike and immerse themselves in the ginormous, impressive span of obstacles. Reporting to the Heads of the Aquatics Staff, Aquatics Staff will be responsible for performing lifeguard and maintenance duties in an outdoor, recreational setting. This will be an opportunity to develop leadership and management skills.
Work Conditions
Splashifax Waterparks are outdoor facilities that are open rain or shine on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. An air-conditioned office will be available for breaks, but otherwise, it is a requirement that you are able to work within variable weather conditions, and be regularly in the water. All Aquatics Staff will be on a rotation that may involve getting into the water frequently throughout the day.
