10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Job Summary & Responsibilities
You will apply your exceptional organizational and customer service skills to coordinate daily office activities with a strong focus on sales, client care and service commitment in our busy growing office.
- New client acquisition and onboarding, working with a variety of CRM, apps and online scheduling programs
- Coordinate reschedules and handle client requests, update work orders and document special instructions
- Organize, direct, and file incoming communication for the office
- Assist with payroll and billing functions
- Assist with Operational Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
- Fluent in English, with excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Rock star telephone demeanor
- One year of customer service/sales and/or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Resourceful and demonstrates initiative to complete tasks with accuracy
- Experience using scheduling/database software is a definite asset
- Great sense of humor with a happy disposition and can-do attitude
