Marketing and Office Administrator
Canada Homes Subsidiary Port City Inspections is expanding.
We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team to help us grow our brand.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's presence through effective marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating engaging marketing content for social media platforms. Additionally, your administrative skills will contribute to the seamless functioning of our store and maintaining excellent customer experiences. This is a flexible position with hours that can meet your needs.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and create compelling visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Assist in managing and monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Support the implementation of basic Google advertising strategies and email campaigns
Office Administration:
- Work closely with the President and owners to manage various administrative tasks.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, and customer information.
- Prepare for events, including organizing materials, decorations, and ensuring a seamless event experience.
- Take charge of ordering office supplies and materials as needed to maintain a productive work environment.
- Various other adhoc requests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, with the ability to create basic marketing materials for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Google advertising is not required but highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and collaboration.
- Attentive to details and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a friendly personality.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From $25,000.00 per year
