Position Summary:
International Beauty Institute (IBI) is looking for a seasoned and visionary Marketing Manager with a natural talent for strategic planning and executing powerful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our aesthetics college thrives and remains at the forefront of the beauty education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Online Visibility: Lead SEO and Google Ads online advertising strategies to ensure that IBI maintains optimal online visibility and reaches prospective students effectively.
Analyze and Report: Monitor, analyze, and report on website analytics and campaign metrics, transforming data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Recommendations: Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
International Digital Campaigns: Strategize and execute digital campaigns for USA and Canada, including online advertising, website strategies, social media initiatives, and mobile marketing to reach a wider audience of beauty enthusiasts.
Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the Sales department to initiate public relations campaigns, launch new programs, and organize events that showcase IBI's excellence in beauty education.
Manage Digital Touchpoints: Oversee all digital touchpoints, including our website, social media profiles, and mobile apps, to ensure a seamless online presence that resonates with our target audience.
Define and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses both digital and traditional channels to promote IBI's programs and services effectively.
