Many people click on our ads and watch our free training, but they do not book a call or purchase our coaching programs right away. Therefore, We are looking to bring a superstar Virtual Assistant onto our team to help us call and interview the people who clicked on our ads but did not book a call with us, to book them in with our marriage evaluator.

Job Description
Perfect English NECESSARY! Fully remote, USA/Canada time zone. Australia time zone is acceptable too.
If you are interested in being a high ticket closer long term, this is an amazing opportunity for you, as half of the time you will be taking sales calls and closing downsel offers for our team ($1,500-2,000) @ 17-20% commission. Salary: 17-20% of sales you close ($250 per sale), 3% of sales calls you set on sales rep’s calendar (high ticket), so you’re making around $180 per sale there.
Expected monthly earnings: USD $3k-5k/month
Under 25% close rate, 10% commission. Above 25% close rate, 15% commission. So if you’re good, you’d most likely be making 15% commission. $300-375 per sale.
Additionally, we have many financing options (12 month financing all the way to 5 year long financing so it makes your job as a closer much easier since that would allow people to purchase paying ~50-150/m).
The job would include:
- Taking many sales calls selling 2k program with leads who did not qualify for our high ticket sales team’s calendars
- some sales-admin stuff

Requirements
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Preferred appointment setter experience
- High emotional intelligence. Able to connect with almost any person.
- Natural talent for sales
- Ambitious attitude always striving for growth
- “Natural” at selling and connecting with people
- Growth mindset.
- Willing to be coached and grow as a rep
- Willing to do followups (20% of sales for us come from followups 1 month later)
- Available in US time zones (6 days per week)

Your responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospects
- Assessing whether they are qualified or not
- Calling, texting, emailing leads & clients (follow ups, appointment reminders, missed appointments, etc.)
- Submitting daily reports
